MSN Travel: Top 10 bargain travel destinations

Can you believe Milwaukee made the list? He can't either!

Are you looking to travel this summer? Are you on a budget? And, really, who isn't on a budget this year? MSN Travel wants to help you out and recently published a most excellent report on where your dollars can stretch the most in the world. Their varied list includes:
  1. Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
  2. Zion National Park, Utah
  3. Nicaragua
  4. Alaska (by ferry)
  5. Turkey
  6. Milwaukee, Wisconsin
  7. South Africa
  8. Telluride, Colorado
  9. Buenos Aires, Argentina
  10. North Carolina
The report states that Kuala Lumpur, which is about 1/4 as expensive to visit as Tokyo or Paris, is the cheapest big city in the world. I'd personally like to check out the Petronos Towers. Buenos Aires is one of my all time favorite places in the world.

And, Milwaukee? I went to college in Milwaukee. Cheap drinking for sure...
