What will they think of next? There are ice hotels, salt hotels, cave hotels and regular hotels, but how about staying in a hotel made out of sand? In rainy England? No way!
Yes way! The world's first sand hotel - built as a promotional stunt by Brit hotel website LateRooms.com - may be your only chance to experience life in a sand castle. Everything in the Weymouth Beach hotel is made out of sand, including the beds. There are two rooms available and the asking price is $21 per night.
FYI - Weymouth Beach is on the Southwest coast of England about 3 hours from London
But you better get there quick, the hotel will only last until the next rain. In fact, it may be gone already...
But cool idea (and a freaking brilliant promo stunt, LateRooms.com)
